PET POLICIES<br />&bull; Recent picture required and shot records and/or registration through the city must be submitted prior to move in<br />&bull; No pets over 50 pounds<br />&bull; No vicious dogs<br />&bull; Pets must be crated or leashed if outside&nbsp;At all times, no more than two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed. No one (1) animal can weigh more than 50 pounds. Due to their assumed aggressed behavior size, management prohibits certain dog breeds from entering into the rental community. All other animals, including but not limited to: snakes, lizards, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, chickens, monkeys, iguanas or other exotic or farm animals are not allowed.<br /><br />&bull; Management must approve all pets, and a $300.00 (PER ANIMAL) non-refundable deposit is required as well as $20.00 per pet, per month for pet rent.
